The special category theme is Water (in Liquid form) - This theme celebrates the mesmerizing allure, fluidity, fun, and grace, of liquid water. This competition encourages participants to showcase the captivating essence of water through their lens. Whether it's a serene reflection, a dynamic splash, or a moment frozen in time, let your images convey the timeless beauty and infinite possibilities of water.
We are testing a new category in July: AI Enhanced. The main subject must be photographed by the maker, but text-generated AI may be used. Makers should show elements that they photographed on the mat. Each MDPPA member may submit up to two images in this category at no charge; additional images may be submitted but will be charged the regular entry fee. (2 Free entries are for MDPPA members only.) Non-MDPPA members are welcome to participate; entry fees will apply.
